Brand and Content Strategy Manager

World Relief

Developed a multi-channel brand strategy and the production of digital content to increase audience size and drive private revenue for World Relief, a global humanitarian organization working in over a dozen countries.

  • Managed creative and administrative staff, contractors and vendors.
  • Co-developed public relations strategies, serving as liaison between the organization and external PR firm.
  • Wrote and produced media used across World Relief’s public relation channels, social media, blog, live webcasts and World Relief events.
  • Developed an editorial content calendar designed to establish World Relief as a thought leader within the international development community and to increase brand salience and trust amongst World Relief's broader audience.

Communications Consultant + Media Producer


Provided communications strategies and media production to assist corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals to better tell their stories. Developed and produced digital and print content, as well as live events, to help each client increase audience size and revenue.

  • Co-developed an original brand story exploration process used within the leadership teams of non-profit organizations to craft brand messaging.
  • Partnered with Imago Creative to produce two video-based curriculum products, serving as head script writer, curriculum writer and audio designer for videos produced by Harper Collins and Sparkhouse Publishing.
  • Produced two weekly podcasts—with author Bart Scott and filmmaker Kurt Larson—to establish their personal brands, build audience size, drive book sales and increase film viewership.

Imago Creative

Co-founded a full-service creative firm meeting the communications and marketing needs of non-profit organizations and publishers.

  • Served as primary account manager, building relationships with clients and leading the budget and proposal process for projects.
  • Developed over 50 short films, documentaries, commercial spots, animation videos and educational segments. Clients included Zondervan, Oasis Audio, Tyndale House and Group Publishing.
  • Oversaw the management and development of interns, independent contractors and event volunteers.

Creative Communications Director + Event Assistant Producer

Student Impact

Served as assistant producer for the live production of Student Impact's weekly event, a gathering of 800-1000 high school students. Led the student acting and video volunteer teams to develop and produce multiple visual media segments for each week's program, including short films, motion graphics, and promotional spots for events.
