I joined InsideOut Solutions LLC excited to create a sales playbook for Autodesk, a project in the off season of Green Vista, on how to introduce potential Autodesk customers to their new, mobile-first maintenance management solution: BIM 360 Ops. Autodesk wanted a solution on how to deliver twelve qualified opportunities by FY18 to their territorial sales team. In the process of creating my playbook, I have delivered 20 of these opportunities ahead of schedule. Below are some skills I am using in this position:
I came to Green Vista Roofing to open a new branch operating in Casper, Wyoming. My team and I did over 300k in sales from Sep- Dec when the 2016 season ended, beating the Denver team, who had many more opportunities. Currently, I am consulting the team from my home in Sarasota, and they are at over 100k in Sales for this season, at only one month in. All projections show they will meet or accede our goal of 1 million in Sales for the 2017 season adding some additional team members. Some of my duties in this position include:
I joined ZipKord in Operations with the team goal of taking a small, two-man, one million dollar a year company, and turning it into a multi-million dollar leader in cellular accessories with a much larger staff. As a team, we achieved that goal and landed in Verizon stores all over the country and on the counters of major car rental retailers domestic and internationally. I am most proud of the work I did in NetSuite and with inventory management. Prior to leaving, to grow in my sales and operations experience, I spent five weeks training new and existing staff to take on areas of my job, which could no longer be done by one individual. My skills in this position:
I joined Health Point Partners to assist the CEO and COO in several areas of operations just as the laws became effective that all medical records must be electronic. Using my previous medical training, I was able to train office staff in use of the EMR as well as other operational duties of medical staff. I am most proud of joining the chronic care case management team and pioneering the implementation of this program following medicare guidelines. My duties included:
I joined Opticall eager to help provide patients of a very famous plastic surgeon, a better experience in communication with the practice. I am most proud of the feedback from the patients and the physician on how much better the practice became after having outside staff members handle the phone consultations before the actual office visit, as many patients were not local to the practice. Prior to leaving for my new role at Health Point Partners, I spent several weeks helping new and existing staff on patient care best practices. Some of my duties included:
I joined Xerox to grow and learn more about HR. I went through an extensive six week training program which provided me with all the tools and knowledge to pass all testing at the top of my recruitment class. Unfortunately, due to the economy, I was part of layoffs as well as the rest of my class hired on. My skills include:
I joined UMC in the ER, where I began in admissions and as a nurse assistant. I grew in my position to QA, where I would check the EMR for accuracy of medical records and also handle patient discharges. My most proud achievement was joining the nurse case management team to coordinate care for patients after discharge from the ER and Inpatient Hospital stays. My skills in this position included:
