Teaching Philosophy

Teaching in today's world must include a dynamic standards-based curriculum that caters to multi-intelligences. All students learn differently and, therefore, instruction must be tailored to explore kinesthetic, social, emotional, English Language acquisition, and the disability needs of every student.I believe the role of the teacher is to instruct and facilitate in an active, organized, and safe environment. Curriculum is taught, reviewed and repeated for mastery. With a good classroom management plan in tact, and a variety of high quality assessments, students can gain a great deal of knowledge and enjoy the learning process.
