Recommendation Letter:

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a letter on behalf of Kelly Byrne.I have known Kelly and her family for several years in the capacity of a family friend.Through her later high school years and college, I have had the pleasure of experiencing Kelly’s commitment to personal growth and development first hand.Several examples of her tenacity include:

  • Development of a facility- wide school supply drive for the COTS homeless shelter.
  • won multiple scholarships from the Vermont Rotary Club and multiple awards in Forensics competitions for my public speaking skills
  • At Syracuse University Kelly worked with John Dau, a Syracuse University student and Lost Boy of Sudan that is featured in the recent award-winning documentary, God Grew Tired of Us. We helped John start a project to raise money for the construction of a health clinic in Sudan.

Kelly is positive and creative in her work and has always demonstrated to be an individual of strong values and exceptional kindness. She is adaptive and flexible. In several of her work efforts she has gone beyond the prescribed scope of work to drive better results and improved outcomes. Kelly’s ability to search for solutions that may not at first be apparent is a real strength of any employee.

I would strongly consider Kelly as part of any team as her adaptive nature, strong analytics and ethics are true assets in today’s highly competitive work environment.

Sincerely,

Chris Powell
