·Managed over 70 employees and day-to-day operations of $13 million processing facility and four individual warehouses.

·Developed system to manually track over 50,000 bales of cotton.

·Administered all financial systems including personally developing a system to track processing of over 10,000 bales per month and track inventory of over 100,000 bales until integrating SAP. Developed method of effectively capturing cost per pound processed.

·Trained on SAP and then taught applications to entire office staff.Managed transition from Quickbooks software to SAP.

·Managed intercompany line of credit of over $38 million.

·Reported financials and operational data of subsidiary directly to CEO of parent company for presentation to 200+ member Board of Directors.

·Directed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets for wholesale manufacturer with $25 million in annual sales. Oversaw all general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, payroll and cash management.

·Completed four audits in a six month time frame, including an IRS audit.

·Managed over 1,000 accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts working directly with Vice President.Cleaned up over $500,000 in old receivables.Put in place new procedures to monitor receivables and keep accounts current.

·Secured new financing for company with $8 million line of credit, an increase of $1 million over the prior financing, which included changing banks, setting up, daily monitoring and reconciling 8 accounts.Prepared borrowing base reports to reflect availability and monitor cash flow.

·Cleaned up old inventory that was discontinued or overstocked and organized warehouses.Implemented new procedures for monitoring $8 million in inventory.

·Directly managed day-to-day operations of company and 20 employees including customer service, accounting, inventory control, graphic arts, retail outlet and promotions departments.

·Performed all functions of Human Resource Manager including payroll, payroll tax payments and returns for ten states, monitoring employee benefits, maintaining 401K plan, hiring new employees, conducting employee evaluations and approving pay rates.
