I am currently a full time customer service and administrative assistant within the BBC. I have experience interacting with colleagues, team members and customers from previous roles as well as this, I have a year's experience leading colleagues as a supervisor.  I am looking for an entry-level position within a business and management related role.

Customer Assistant


I work as a customer assistant within the BBC Broadcasting House. My role is to provide excellent customer service and all round BBC experience whether it is behind the till, the bar or anywhere else. My everyday tasks can include, till operation, stock replenishment and rotation, serving food and beverage, following health and safety as well as food hygiene guidelines,using brand awareness to answer any queries via telephone , email or in person and also assisting with BBC Tours if needs be.

Retail Assistant


I worked as a retail assistant with Matalan for work experience. Some of my roles included working in a team and independently with stock assistance (handling deliveries, hanging and shelving items etc.) Also, customer assistance; helping customers find items and handling any queries they may have.

I obtained 8 A-C GSCEs including Maths, Science and English.



In my current role, I complete several administrative roles in my everyday work tasks. This includes, stock invoices, filling, payroll, copying, sending out invoices, setting up interviews and liaising with different clients alongside my manager.


Obtained a Distinction grade in BTEC  ICT  in GCSE. As well as this my current course calls for regular use of Microsoft programs as well as other software and programs. I use Microsoft programs like Excel regularly in my current role.


I regularly have to exercise my maths skills in my current job.

Event Coordination

I have experience in putting together successful events. Through my job, I've contributed to the logistics of many events including the Mercury Awards as well as BBC's Red Nose Day.   


In my previous roles I am accustom to interacting with team members and customers. It is a skill that I've come to use confidently.

Team Leading

In my current role I am often responsible for the overseeing and guiding of junior colleagues.

In my current role I regularly train new employees.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy gaining experience and knowledge within the business and marketing industries and applying it in reality. Besides that, I enjoy exploring and creating the marketing aspects of projects that I take part in. I do enjoy learning about music and video production and have gained some experience in video production. I have taken part in the production of a short film.
