For more than 15 years, Kee Meng Yeo has focused on talent management and development for global entities. He works as vice president of global talent development at Amway in Ada, Michigan. In this position, he uses evidence-based approaches to manage and lead the global manufacturer of health supplements and beauty, home, and personal care items. Kee Meng Yeo began working for world’s largest direct-selling organization in 2008, and has connected teams in the United States, China, India, and beyond.
A native of Singapore, he began his career in the United States in St. Louis, where he worked for six months. He then had his family join him in Chicago while he worked for more than four years, before going to New Jersey and eventually moving to Michigan to begin working for Amway.
Yeo earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore. He then obtained his master’s degree in organizational psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis.
