  • Work with title companies on opening escrow, obtaining title information, non-Wells Fargo payoff statements and ┬ásubordination agreements scheduling closing dates and approval of the final HUD-1 Settlement Statement
  • Work with underwriters to make sure all necessary documentation has been obtained and reviewed to ensure borrowers have qualified within the specific lending guidelines
  • Regular contact with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation for the process of their refinance and to update borrowers of status and estimated closing date
  • Work with borrowers to overcome processing issues or objections with rate or terms of the initial approval
  • Notify borrowers when loan has been through the final underwriting review to advise on final approval, go over final figures and schedule the closing with the customer
  • Notify title company of borrowers' requested closing date and coordinate final details

  • Worked as part of First American Title's Wells Fargo Specialty Unit from Jun 2002 to Jan 2003 which was a team dedicated specifically to accommodate Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and their clients
  • Learned Wells Fargo loan documents, procedures and policies to ensure the smoothest and most professional process for their clients while closing up to 1000 refinance transactions per month
