  • Responsible for advertising, PR, consumer insights, events and on-line for brand and co-brand programs..
  • Negotiated with media, retailers, celebrities, athletes, and designers for brand sponsorships.
  • Managed agencies, budgets and internal team.
  • Worked with key stylists (Carson Kressley, Stacy London, Bobbi Thomas, Robert Verdi).
  • Oversaw programs with fashion media, celebrities, designers and trend driven consumers for successful new product launch (IMG ,Teen Vogue, LUCKY SHOPS, Independent Spirit Awards). 
  • Led PR and advertising to get licensed revenue for a newly patented LYCRA® denim fabric from leading apparel retailers and manufacturers (True Religion, J Brand, A&F, Rag and Bone).
  • Developed alliances with contemporary brands (J Brand, Rock & Republic, AG), trade shows (Project, Coterie, MAGIC, OR, ENK) magazines (Teen Vogue, VOGUE, LUCKY, ELLE, NYLON, W, GLAMOUR, "O", WWD) and retail (Barneys, Bloomingdales, SAKS, PENNEYS, DICKS).

  • Responsible for $55 million A&P budget, internal team of 12 globally and all external agencies.
  • Executed global brand identity and campaign (photographer Norman Jean Roy, featuring Jessica Simpson).
  • Implemented global brand standards, processes and programs.
  • Negotiated strong designer alliances (Zac Posen, Philip Lim, Derek Lam, Norma Kamali, Carlos Miele) to promote LYCRA® as a fashion influencer and seed new product concepts.
  • Created in-store, TV, print, and PR programs with celebrities, athletes and musicians (Amanda Peet, Kelis, Mariska Hargity, MYA, Brandy, Cast of SNL, Robinson Cano, Ian Thorpe, US Gymnasts, Matt Kucher).
  • Successfully licensed LYCRA brand for royalty revenue into cosmetics, hair care, leather and shoes.
  • Created brand experiences and properties for PR leverage (LYCRA® Bra-serrie at NY Fashion Week, Hotel LYCRA in Sao Paolo, LYCRA MYSTYLE in China, MTV LYCRA® Style Awards in India, and British Style Awards).
  • Created concepts of “Toeless Hosiery with LYCRA” and “National Swim Month” that resulted in huge PR, new revenue opportunities and e-commerce sales.
