 The Accounts/ Finance Executive is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedure.

Key Duties:

Accounting :-

·Independently maintained the day book of the organization.

·Prepare financial management reports.

·Handle full set of account and prepared month end report.

·Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial

·TakingCare of Cash & Billing Department.

·To perform quarterly stock takes and year end stock takes.

·Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with FRS or an accepted policies and procedures.

·Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

·Fixed assets control and tooling records.

·Taking Care of Store level HR activities.

·Ensure all statutory remittance deadline are met.

·Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

·Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.

·Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

·Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.

·Develop and maintain financial data bases.

·Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process, included prepare financial statement and answer audit queries.

·Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues, cost of materials and expenses.

·Maintaining systematic method of Accounts as per ISO norms.

·Maintaining systematic method of commercial area as per BPP norms.(BEST PRACTICE PRINCILES).
