  • Lead successful negotiations and developed business plan for a five (5) year $43 million new vehicle assembly program (Ford GT sports car - MSRP $140,000) with Ford Motor Company.
  • Lead reorganization of company resulting in a $1.2 million (35%) decrease in labor associated costs.
  • Negotiated more favorable terms with suppliers and customers decreasing working capital by over $1 million (20%).
