Communicate with all departments of Converge Worldwide to effectively capture their needs in regards to their section of the website and to implement their needs. Make sure all video and audio media are working properly. Communicate with all field missionaries and Regional Directors out in the field (India, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the United States). Responsible for the safety of all field missionaries and Regional Directors with concern to the security issues of the type and details of information that is displayed on the three websites.

Accomplishments:Started working here with only the knowledge supplied by DeVry College. When I leave here I will have all the knowledge of: registering and maintaining domain names, creating websites from scratch using Dreamweaver and Joomla software, created two out of three of the current websites for Converge Worldwide. I went from working in the restaurant environment as a cook and chef and successfully transitioned to an office environment working with different departments with completely different agendas and personalities. Have effectively developed the ability to work both together with others in projects and also maintained the ability to focus on the details of the projects and individual web sites. I have turned what was a college education into something that I not only enjoy but delight in doing. I have found my job as a website manager/designer to be of extreme satisfaction. I am extremely happy to have chosen this career and plan to continue in this field.
