  • Serving as the Warranty Administrator for Tulley's GM and Mazda divisions. Working with Dealer Management and GM/Mazda Representatives to manage and resolve any discrepancies with Repair orders, warranty work, and policies and procedures. Also repaired, maintained, and upgraded the company's computers and network.
  • Provided training and support to Technicians to properly document the work that is performed on the repair order, for proper complaint cause and correction notes.
  • Provided training and support to the service advisors for proper repair order write up to comply with the policies and procedures.
  • Maintain warranty parts storage and scrapping.
  • Mazda Master Warranty Administrator for 2006, and 2007
  • Started as an oil change technician and progressed to a class A Rated Technician. Diagnosed and repaired electrical and mechanical engine and transmission components. Diagnosed and overhauled engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and axles, with an extremely low rate of comebacks.

Summary

Twenty-one (21) years experience in Automotive technology with the past seven (7) years in an Administrative position for GM and Mazda Warranty processes. Over the past eighteen (18) years periodically got involved in various Computer desktop and network supports including hardware and software maintenance, repairs, and installations. Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Interest

I like to work on cars, Fishing and boating, and I love working on Computers.

Objective

A position that allows me to incorporate my experience in managing current Service Policies and Procedures to ensure profitability for the Company. And Managing staff to help them comply with the Policies and Procedures. And keep up with new technologies with Computers, Networks, and skills related to them such as repairing, upgrading, and maintenance.
