Developed and implemented the engagement model framework and program management methodology exposed via a comprehensive graphical Wiki interface.  Implemented a series of integrated tools (primarily Rational) to support requirements traceability from the strategic plan through defect tracking.  Developed a project management training curriculum including business process mapping, detailed business requirements and quality assurance.  Created a comprehensive program schedule structure, using Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone, that feeds a consolidated leadership reporting process.  Perform industry and technology research for the PMO using Gartner and CEB.  Provide Quality Assurance services to program teams for methodology compliance.  Champion of Business Process Management.
