Initially brought on board to manage web based application development and deployments for their voice based XML application. After signing larger customers to service, I was asked to manage, define and source data and voice T-1 lines for new call centers based on the clients IVRs in addition to the web based development project management.

·Manage and drive multiple short and long term web based and telephony connectivity projects to completion on time and under budget. This includes project initiation, design, scope definitions, infrastructure requirements, deployments, and support through completion.

·Manage and coordinate contact between the client, our organization, and voice hosting facilities for effective discussions on moving the project to completion.

·Manage relationship between our company and voice hosting facilities with a weekly scheduled meeting to discuss on-going issues, resolutions, and future plans.

·Reviewed existing connections to clients finding multiple unused circuits saving the company over $10,000 per month in hosting charges.

·      Manage multiple projects from start to finish.  Creation of project plans using Microsoft Project and following the processes defined by the Project Management Institute, budgeting, managing of resources, sourcing consultants and hardware, application QA testing.
