Responsible for receiving, analyzing, and sorting through hundreds of unsorted medical notes on a daily basis. Ability to review each document, determine its content, and place into correct section: (Physician Notes, Nursing Notes, Treatment Sheets, etc.). Ensure chronological date order is maintained within each section. Index, label, and organize sections, creating clearly navigable sets of medical records; to be used in legal proceedings and presented in court. Assist in trial binder and witness folder preparation.
