 * Sales Management * Tracked store sales to ensure projection attainment on daily, weekly, and quarterly levels. Forecast sales and labor for 11 departments based on trend and previous experience. Set several company sales records as a sales team manager and supervisor, through maintaining accountability of each team member to meet set goals. Completed weekly, quarterly, and annual P&L for multiple sales departments totaling $60m. Maintained highest level of customer service throughout entire store to provide a positive shopping experience and hassle-free returns area.  * Human Resources * Recruited, Interviewed, Evaluated and Disciplined hourly and commission based associates as well as supervisors on my sales, merchandising, and customer service teams. Attended job fairs, networking events, and maintained online presence to remain in contact with potential referral candidates. Maintained scheduling, benefits, and continuing education for department of 45+ people. Organized training and development of new employees through partnership with a full time coach and tenured employees in various roles.
