Duties entailed prospecting for clients, marketing homes, showing homes, preparing market analyses, preparing and presenting offers and counteroffers, negotiating sales contracts, researching home inspectors and repair persons, coordinating title companies, lenders, surveyors, inspectors, appraisers and others to achieve successful closing, and continuous education on real estate laws and regulations.
