· Tracking shipments through shipping companies, etc - Liaising with internal customers to advise shipment tracking numbers and status of shipments 

·GCC procedures, import / export documentation,

·Arranging for original documents - Generating, submitting and processing all required shipping and customs related documents to include freight invoices.

·Completes and forwards import files to the customs department.

·Responsible Coordinating with drivers for delivery.

·Receiving phone calls and for the overall import and export declaration documentation.

·Clearing and forwarding the goods at the port to customers- Negotiate with the clearing agents and in–land transportation companies for obtaining the best rates prevailing in the market.

·Coordinate and liaise with shipping lines and customer shipments status

·Import/export management reports which include- Preparations analyzing and submitting monthly statement of shipments to the management.

·Maintaining a comprehensive filling system.

·Managing shipments, both outbound and inbound, ensuring that internal customer' needs are met and that company policy and international trade compliance regulations relating to shipping, transportation and customs are adhered to.

·Warehousing- Receiving and releasing cargo in the warehouse.

·Updating customers on their balance stock in the warehouse.

·Updating warehouse data on WMS. For example, expiry dates of the cargo, balance pallets, Locations.
