Albuquerque, NM 87109, Leslie Molina, (505) 342-3460.Responsibilities include pre and post-award functions for a variety of supply, service, AE, and construction contracts for several activities.These responsibilities include issuing and awarding negotiated procurements and sealed bidding for military and civil construction contracts, including task orders under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ contracts. These contracts are complicated by delivery and other complex requirements.Other responsibilities include the knowledge and ability to apply regulations pertaining to acquisition of both military and civil contracts to the procurement process, including small business procedures and acquisition strategies; management of the acquisition process; and development of solicitation packages. Other duties include reviewing the statement of work for accuracy and completeness, determining the best acquisition procedure, identifying sources, making award in a timely manner in accordance with policy and directives, timely execution, and reviewing modification actions.Bid openings, pre-proposal conferences, discussions, negotiations, source selection evaluation of proposals, and pre-award surveys are also completed.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
