Ability to work well with others
At Palmetto Children's Academy, I have always had to work with another teacher and we work together to control and educate the children.
I have great patience skills because I grew up in a home daycare where I had to assist my grandmother and had to learn now to be patient with the kids. I reinforced my patience skills when I began my job at Palmetto Children's Academy.
I interact with parents at the day care on a daily basis and inform them on their child's day. I also have to go through interviews for expecting or interested parents. I have to inform them on our daily schedule, requirements, necessities, and answer any questions they might have.
I am fluently bilingual in Spanish and English. Spanish is my native language and I learned English in school. I can translate letters, write letters, and hold a full conversation in Spanish.

I am eighteen years old. I am from Rock Hill, SC. I am currently a student at the College of Charleston and my major is Communications.

  • To secure a position with a well established organization with a stable environment that will lead to a lasting relationship in the field of communication that will enable me to use my bi-lingual skills, communication skills, and ability to work well with others.
