  • Provide direct supervision to two student leaders and advise two student mentoring programs
  • Match and monitor mentor relationships for over 100 first-year, out-of-state students and over 30 first-semester, transfer students
  • Design and implement the first leadership-based mentor training series, including a three-day spring leadership training and monthly in-service trainings during the academic year
  • Coordinate retention programming for out-of-state and transfer students, such as an Introduction to Shag Seminar, study skills seminars, and regional technical college socials
  • Assist student leaders in the development of monthly newsletters for out-of-state and transfer students
