•• Evolve efficient and effective internal control systems and procedures to a) keep track of all available data; b) have complete control over all processes
•• Develop and provide market intelligence; procurement and expediting status reports to the senior management of the EPC arm and the Client for decision making.
•• Responsible for budgeting, capital and revenue expenditure and cash flows.
•• Maintain relationships with senior management of vendors and contractors. Ensure proactive resolution of any vendor problems and/or related conflicts.
