Summary

Welcome to my VisualCV Profile! I am an advertising student at the University of Oklahoma with minors in history and in Spanish. I work for the OU Visitor Center under the umbrella of OU Recruitment Services, and for the last year I wrote for The Oklahoma Daily newspaper. I serve the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication as a student ambassador. I also serve as the Vice Chair for the Campus Activities Council Public Relations Team, and I am a member of the OU Ad Club, TOMS Shoes Campus Club, and McClendon Honors College among other campus groups. I am proficient in Spanish and have experience using Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop.

My responsibilities at Make-A-Wish include designing, writing and producing a large-scale annual newsletter for donors, assisting with charitable development and fundraising efforts, general donor relations, and helping monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations within the office such as telephone and email communication.

I am a student tour guide for special tours at the University of Oklahoma. I also help with the day-to-day functions within the Visitor Center which includes but is not limited to public relations, tour scheduling, and written and oral communication.
