Summary

My passions are social media, marketing, advertising, and inside sales. There is no doubt I have been successful in each of my past roles, and look forward to implementing the same work ethic at a new company. 

I moved back to Austin from the DFW area in 2015. While in Dallas, I accepted a role as Social Media Specialist for an Emmy Award Winning Video Production and Marketing Company. Upon employment, I was assigned to one of the largest campaigns promoted on a social media platform to date. I have ample experience in posting real-time, as well as, relevant and engaging content. I was the Team Lead for the business side of a large technology company. I drafted, edited, and finalized high-level analytical business reports on a weekly and monthly basis. I also assisted International Community Managers throughout the day, and moderated internal networks and global webpages.

Prior to relocating to Dallas, I was a member of the Ads Integrity Team at Facebook Austin. Our team was in charge of reviewing global advertisements to confirm their compliance with the platform's advertising policies. We worked daily to ensure the platform remained safe, secure, and enjoyable for all community members.

In addition, I was one of 2 team members trained as an Advertising Policy Expert. We ensured all advertising polices were coherent and easily understood by all internal team members. I also preformed internal accuracy testing. This allowed me to assist any team member in better understanding policies,which, in turn, aided in decreasing advertiser frustrations with ad disapproval.

My most recent roles included inside sales positions at Main Street Hub and Auto 1. I found a love for building relationships and rapport with new customers. I was successful at retaining their business with each company. I have an undeniable passion, hunger for knowledge, and am driven to succeed. These are just some of the many skills I will bring to any company I am apart of.

Recruited from Austin by an Emmy Award Winning Marketing Company to serve as the Social Media Specialist and Team Lead for the 2014 World Cup Campaign on Facebook, which had a million likes at its peak. Managed the Facebook India Page, while acting as the direct support for the International team working on the World Cup pages. Answered questions and gave immediate feedback to the team in order to maintain the Facebook voice across multi-languages and cultures. Drafted weekly and monthly business reports to keep clients updated on strategies and outcomes. The success of the campaign led to a promotion and taking the lead with several key clients, such a Dallas area bank, Law Firm and a private practice. Continued to manage the Facebook India consumer and business pages as well as remained the main point of contact for the International team monitoring Facebook businesses pages. Created original social media content and cultivated engagement across multiple social media platforms. Supervised a team in creating and implementing social media campaigns that exponentially increased engagement for clients. Monitored, analyzed and reported on performance for clients, assisted Accounts Managers in providing superior service, which increased revenue for the company.

Worked with Facebook reviewing ads in multiple languages to make sure they were aligned with Facebook’s policies. Acted as a point person for the international team to make sure that ads in different languages were compliant with Facebook standards while maintaining cultural sensitivity and context. Created quality assurance testing in order to assure that the team followed best practices. Investigated and assessed flaws within Facebook’s advertising policies and provided feedback, as well as, solutions in order to resolve issues. Reported daily on volume trends and system bugs paying attention to detail and breaking down complex data into simple to understand language and summaries.
