§Assisted with customer service and general accounting practices. Along with general office work that included filing, faxing, answering incoming calls, correspondence with customers either via email or phone, and keep office environment clean.
§Responsibilities also included: Accounts payable and accounts receivable to and from multiple vendors across the United States. Calculated payroll biweekly for all employees. General office filing, phone coverage, email coverage and personal office assistant for whom ever within the office. Also evaluated estimates with mark-up sheets based of an RFQ (Request for Quote) form.
