  • Formulate unique marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Managing 7+ e-commerce sites across the Riverlea Group Ltd group, driving all site improvements and development with creative, digital and sales teams.

Sister NZ Ltd is one of New Zealand's leading fashion hubs with four retail brands/outlets- Sisters & Co, Boys Next Door, PAIR & Sisters Swap.  Stocking over 50 local and international labels including  Karen Walker, Stolen Girlfriends Club, Alexander Wang, Rag & Bone,  Juliette Hogan, Daniel Wellington and more.  Sisters & Co is a leading department store and a rapidly growing online fashion retailer that I had a major role in developing and expanding.  As E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager my role involves:

  • Managing the Sisters & Co, Boys Next Door and PAIR e-commerce site's including constant site maintenance and development.
  • Managing the design, e-commerce and dispatch teams.
  • Exceeding targets and analysing website performance for both sites through Google analytics and SEO reports.
  • General product upload and photo-shoots to keep stock up to date and fresh on the sites.
  • Customer service- providing a great customer rapport to create key relationships therefor increasing sales opportunities. I find this a key part in increasing retail sales and gathering insight into you customer demographic. 
  • Management of all social media platforms for all brands including creating original creative content and copy for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and the blog.
  • Liaising with Art Director to create all creative content including web graphics, advertising material, seasonal look-books, EDM's and more.
  • Creating and implementing all marketing strategies and advertising initiatives.
  • Event planning and co-ordination as well as weekly photoshoots to create unique content for both social media and web products shots.
  • Career highlights- Driving and increasing web sale's by over 250% in my first 6 months. Conversion rate increase of 2% in first 8 months.

I have developed, designed and managed 12+ successful e-commerce sites across multiple different companies, brands and industries.  I have competent experience using a vast range of e-commerce platforms.

Over 4 years experience in digital marketing roles being responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns tpromote/sell products and services .Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring new leads/customers.
