Providing the best customer service on a daily basis by having great knowledge on sportin events and knowledge of betting, building rapport and ensuring the store was clean and tidy. Working within a fast paced environment that required quick thinking, and numerical skills. I also received training and became a Duty Manager for my store which allowed me to open and close the store, manage other members of staff and deal with Challenging behaviour and customer complaints and large cash handling. I was based within the flagship shop which meant that it was a high earning store and attracted attention from higher members of staff around the UK.
