Providing the best customer service on a daily basis by having great knowledge on sportin events and knowledge of betting, building rapport and ensuring the store was clean and tidy. Working within a fast paced environment that required quick thinking, and numerical skills. I also received training and became a Duty Manager for my store which allowed me to open and close the store, manage other members of staff and deal with Challenging behaviour and customer complaints and large cash handling. I was based within the flagship shop which meant that it was a high earning store and attracted attention from higher members of staff around the UK.

  • I worked within an office environment in Glasgow City Centre. I duties were building spreadsheets for our contractors with financial details, filing, photocopying, letter writing and emails. I received calls every day from stores with matainence issues in their store and it was my responsibility to send out the relevant contractor to ensure the problem was dealt with as soon as possible.
