During my many years in retail I gained skills as a leader and trainer and was able to establish a successful store and team who achieved results and goals. I returned to school in 2014 to learn new skills that will benefit me in the business world, whether in small business or a large organization. I am results oriented and  enjoy working hard to increase the success of myself, a team and organization. I believe that leading by example and fostering communication leads to a great end result.
