Internal Sales Representative
Working with a team tasked with facilitating the growth of Alco Valves within the Oil and Gas market by offering highly engineered, quality products into the Oil and Gas sector. My main role within this function is dealing with daily global enquires and providing technical and commercial assistant to clients requirements in order to ensure orders to meet monthly targets.
Main responsibilities include;
- Identifying customer needs
- Dealing with daily enquires
- Providing technical and commercial quotations
- Assessing customer requirements and advising alternative technical advice and solution.
- Reading and understanding customer specifications and requirements
- Developing new terrains; collecting market research and expanding into new markets
- Identifying new markets and customer base
- Reporting statistical figures and KPI's monthly and yearly
- Attend meetings and presentations internally and externally
- Attending kick of meetings with clients
- Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate responses
Writing accurate & informative sales reports and documentation
- Constantly developing existing sales processes which will generate sustainable growth and new business.
