Assist in building the "business case" by examining measurable business outcomes technology will contribute to the overall digital experience.

Provide account-based support to 20-30 clients for ongoing initiatives that are coordinated and optimized with standard program management methodologies.

Joseph Wolf Brewing Company

Wolf Brewery began operations in 1868 as a family business. In 1919, we brewed over 25,000 barrels of beer. Shortly after, Prohibition legislation was enacted and production of Wolf beer ceased. Our company converted operations to bottled water, soda, and sparkling water until Joseph Wolf passed at the age of 89 and the company was sold. As the great granddaughter of Joseph Wolf, I am proud to be a part of this legacy and revival of our family business.

Recruited and led 20+ technology staff with budget in excess of $1 million to bring Lawson Software up to speed with digital initiatives. Defined Lawson’s core business strengths in order to develop digital strategy and improve online image as vendor of software applications. Participated in development of Web-based vendor management tool that was so successful it became a Lawson product. Provided design and user interface of e-commerce application (integrating inventory management, financials, and fulfillment), demonstrating tool’s capabilities.

Responsible for business development, service delivery, and establishing cross-functional collaboration. Grew business from $0 to $5 million in revenues with 25 employees in Minnesota and New York.

Developed public relations tool called eWatch, for digital reputation management and evolved business into web development and hosting service for more than 500 Global 2000 companies. Managed construction of websites to integrate marketing and data analysis for customer acquisition and retention that led to developing loyal and profitable relationships with firms like BBDO, Campbell Mithun Esty, Carmichael Lynch, Ogilvy and Periscope.
