Their highly skilled staff will help you use our Internet-connected computers, fax machines, photocopiers, videos, and printed materials. They also offer free workshops that will help you kick-start your job search.
In addition to the resource centre, they offer the following programs to help you get a job.
Youth between the ages of 16 and 24 may also contact a counsellor for help addressing the issues related to the abuse of substances such as alcohol and drugs.
The Humber Brampton Employment Counselling Centre (HBECC) is a centre that provides employment counseling services to unemployed clients who have complex issues or employment barriers that are preventing their integration into the labour market. Through a collaborative counselling process, clients will be helped to identify needs and develop action plans that will ultimately lead to employment.Program Services
Job Connect is a free employment service to help job searchers who are out of school and work find full time employment. The program is funded by the Government of Ontario.
Summer Job Service Halton, Brampton and Caledon
The Summer Job Service is delivered by Sheridan College and funded by the Government of Ontario. It is designed to help students get good summer jobs, and supply community businesses with access to these students.

Experience conducting Labour Market Research, facilitating workshops, assisting clients with job search needs and self marketing techniques
Experience working with adults, youth and people from diverse cultural backgrounds
2 years volunteer leadership experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising weekly youth programs at Bramalea Filipino-Canadian SDA church as Associate Youth Leader
4 years active volunteer within the surrounding communities of Peel and the GTA
5 years experience in customer service and retail business
Proven skills in problem solving and human services relations in non-profit sectors
Experience in administrative roles within internship positions
