A bit about myselfI was born and raised on the Iron Range in northern MN. After working for Northwest Airlines for three years, I decided to return to the University of Minnesota, Duluth to earn my bachelor's degree in marketing. About a year after I graduated, I was hired as a media buyer and an account manager where I gained hands-on marketing, copy-writing, media planning and advertising experience.

The skills and relationships I built within this job enabled to start a small Since then, I have continued to develop my marketing skills, primarily in new media: search marketing, social marketing, email marketing and other Internet marketing tactics.

I currently work for Mesabi Range Community and Technical College as an eFolio Minnesota Program Specialist. eFolio Minnesota is the first state-wide electronic portfolio system aimed to assist with economic development. It is a grant-funded project developed in partnership with MnSCU and the State of Minnesota.

I serve on the Eveleth-Gilbert School board, the Eveleth Park Commission and work on projects as a freelancer for W.A. Fisher.
