Provide assistance to claim handlers and management. Perform duties requiring a variety of office skills and procedural knowledge in direct support of associates involved in the handling of claims. Proficient use of a workstation and related applications to update the Electronic Claim Service Record with confidential, time sensitive, subpoena, subrogation, salvage, and medical information. Order police reports. Input loss report data received from police reports and clients. Prepare files for subpoena and subrogation requests. Create form letters, issue and process payments. Communicate with associates, customers, and vendors regarding claim information and settlement. Manage video streams for online meetings and training in support of efforts to acquire and retain profitable business.Aid in monitoring daily work flow to assure expeditious work processing. Assist in implementing new and revised office procedures as well as provide training and advise management of training progress.
