NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK(NAB)-Operations Analyst 18-month graduate program comprising of three rotations across diverse areas of the bank. As an Operations graduate I provided support to teams in the following areas: Rotation 3: Operational Strategy team for Collections Decisioning Responsible for the management, design, build, testing and implementation of new pilots across the Collections business. My main achievement so far is an end-to-end review of the Skip Trace process for Collections. This review has involved the creation and monitoring of baseline data and process mapping, providing analytical insight on the future strategic direction for the Collections space. My review has also involved project planning, benefits estimation, options paper creation, senior stakeholder engagement, SAS coding, leading of working group and report writing for the leadership team. Also assisting with team events eg. Collections Roadshow rollout and related logistics coordination. Rotation 2: Operational Risk team Enterprise Services & Transformation Chief Risk Office 2nd Line Risk function responsible for reviewing all relationship risks from Technology suppliers(eg. IBM & Telstra) and enterprise wide risks from customer payments & fraud. My outcomes included a Regulatory Engagement review(ASIC and APRA requirements), monthly risk reporting, Conflicts of Interest & gifts register policy review and rolling out a Stakeholder engagement initiative to all Risk@NAB stakeholders. Rotation 1: Business Management and Improvement team Enterprise Services & Transformation (Role change due to organisation restructure)-Planning and implementation of‘ Explore and Grow' Lunch & Learn sessions for senior leaders, communication lead(internal & external) for Settlements counter relocation and rollout of business improvement initiatives Additional activities to my day-to-day role: The Graduate Committee-Communications & Networks lead: Organisation and facilitation of the 10+ Lunch & Learn guest speaker series events for the 2013 & grad cohorts, creation & implementation of Yammer(internal social network) proposal and network administration for the 2013 and 2014 cohorts, communications and logistics management of grad events.
