Led short and long term strategic planning for the regional BU of Baby care USD 1.5B across all Asian markets ex-China. Delivered on top-line, bottom-line and other elements of the scorecard in line with  strategic glide-path.

Key achievement - 

  • Revamped Nokia India' Trade Price Protection policy. Crashed lead time for Nokia RDS & Retailer TPP claim settlement from 2 months to a week. Received Nokia “Excellence” award for achieving this turnaround.
  • Designed an SRM tool called ‘ASP (Average selling price) Tracker” to help Sales Managers manage the sales/product mix for their respective areas. The prototype was then automated for use across other regions as well.
