At Doubleclick, as part of the professional services team, I assisted project managers define scope and solution in a statement of work along with assuming responsibility for its delivery. I mentored a team of professionals in delivering ETL(Extract, Transform and Load) solutions for various companies like Barnes & Noble, Hallmark and Proctor&Gamble. The solutions were database-centric (primarily SQL Server) but included custom development using other Microsoft technologies. I also worked in optimization & performance improvements of queries, database tuning and data warehousing for reporting purposes. I worked for multiple clients at a time, demonstrated leadership skills and provided technical guidance to the professional services team.
