I am writing this letter of recommendation for Karrah Barber, whom I've had the pleasure of working with for over 2 years at the retail clothing store, Justice.  As her supervisor at Justice, I have found her to have an outstanding work ethic and very good character.  As long as I have known her, she has always been a wonderful employee.

Justice is a young girls, or "tweens" clothing store, and I have seen Karrah interact very well with the young girls who are our customer base.  She is

always very warm and friendly with the young girls shopping at our store, and always is great with the adult customer as well - the moms and dads shopping at Justice.  Our customers always compliment Karrah, and our associates always enjoy working with Karrah.

Karrah is great with completing necessary tasks in a timely and efficient manner, and is knowledgeable about the day to day operations of the store as well.  When asked to complete tasks, they are done properly and quickly.  Overall, Ms. Barber has been an outstanding employee, and has been a pleasure to work with and supervise.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and you can contact me at 610-698-7813 or amytomaszewski@yahoo.com if I can be of any further assistance.
