Who I am

10+ years of international experience providing creative ways of working in areas with customers and stake-holders in focus. Currently a member of a Talent Acquisition team responsible for attraction and hiring of future talents and experienced professionals at Ericsson.

I'm actively interested in everything related to improving of customer satisfaction aiming for an exceptional customer experience. Using innovative ways of approach in connection with excellent knowledge of legislation, technology and cross-cultural industry has become my professional brand strategy. Additionally I can admit a soft spot for creative painting and independent cinema :)

Polish is my native language however I consider English my second-native language as spoken at home everyday. My Turkish is just starting to pick up but I'm not able to use it for work purposes yet. Additionally I'm fluent in German and Swedish.
