Provided high quality service for large upscale events. Set up dining rooms, cocktail, and bar areas as per instructions of event manager. Set tables with linen, dishware, flatware, and decorations. Greeted guests and served hors d'oeuvres in cocktail setting. Carried and delivered large trays of food for multiple course meals. Cleared dishes, flatware, and glassware during the course of the event. Took down and cleaned premises at the conclusion of the event.
