Complying with IR laws, introduce employee contracts to improve productivity/set wages/streamline services/introduce an employee incentive scheme linked to business performance in the market and employee/department KPI results.

Negotiated effective Service Level Agreements to derive higher business value through better management.

Developed innovative communication strategies to foster the company vision, mission, values, and concept of operational excellence.

Key Achievements:

§$200,000(USD) cost savings on the execution of a performance management system including development and implementation of: performance goal setting, coaching mechanisms, and evaluation processes, succession planning, a skills development plan, and a recognition and reward system.

§Revamped all contracts (company/employment), policies and procedures in line with new PRC Labor Laws.

§Institutionalized effective team reporting systems and developed an internal budget system for divisions.

§Designed and implemented sustainable corporate communication mechanisms.

§Introduced Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators with 3rd Party Vendors.

§Developed and managed a system of recruitment and work place agreements for all foreign trainers.

§Within 6 months, expanded the team from 1 to 5 and trained all trainers to best serve 350+ staff working complex shift patterns (24/7).
