I am an enthusiastic individual with a "can do" attitude and a keen interest in communication, organisational development and market intelligence with experience across multiple functions in an organisation including Marketing, HR and Continuous Improvement/ Business Excellence.
I would describe myself as culturally adaptable (having an international background and working in a multi-cultural organisation that is still "small" enough to be controlled centrally), analytical and curious, professional, imaginative, Tech savvy and pragmatic. In addition to that I am a quick learner with a natural aptitude to project management, so I am capable of working confidently with all levels and functions within an organisation, including effective stakeholder and expectation management.
I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, continuously developing and expanding my skill set.
Primary responsibilities: Active support of M&A activity, Coordination of the Gardner Aerospace Group Excellence Academy, Production and Management of promotion material including videography projects, Communications strategy (implementation, design and management internally and externally), PR implementation and management, Website management and development, Business development support including market intelligence, communication and branding, Oversight of internal reporting mechanisms
Primary responsibilities: Active support of M&A activity/ Continuous improvement activities (such as standard policies and procedures and best practice sharing)/ Production and Management of promotion material including videography/ Communications strategy (implementation, design and management internally and externally)/ PR implementation and management/ Website management and development/ Business development support including market intelligence, communication and branding/ Oversight of internal reporting mechanisms including sense checking of incoming data
Design and coordination of Marketing Material, Branding, Website development, PR coordination, Event coordination, support of RFQ response framework and administration, generation of strategic market intelligence, heavy involvement in business development activities incl. trade show organisation/BD reports/ business performance reviews/sales support
Voluntary work during studies: Implementation of branding and project infrastructure in order to ensure consistent brand image and recognition; development of website and social media strategy and design of marketing material
Internship and freelancing during studies: Project management, promotion, organisation, client administrative duties, strategic development, market research, PowerPoint presentations and visuals. Progressed to further responsibilities such as representing the company and client support
