  • Managed IT stabilization program for cross-tower service enhancements resulting in measurable service improvements; Identified global delivery gaps between HP infrastructure, applications and business process outsourcing contracts triggering ITIL Continual Service Improvement program
  • Negotiated 2010 SAP software purchase saving Molson Coors millions of dollars while simplifying the company’s license structure and securing significant discount on future purchases; Developed and implemented SAP license management process reducing Molson Coors license compliance risk

Senior Global Portfolio Director - EDS Global Networking Services

Responsible for executing product strategy, product management, and product development for EDS’ Carrier Management Services ($1B annual revenue) that included Telecom Expense Management (TEM), circuit/device inventory/provisioning, carrier governance, and carrier contract management:

  • Developed business case, gathered business/technical requirements, formulated cost model, created pricing strategies/marketing plan that resulted in EDS’ global TEM business plan
  • Managed RFI/RFP and led joint HP/EDS integration team in due diligence and final selection of TEM supplier resulting in final award for EDS/HP market facing fixed/mobile global TEM partner
  • Led contract negotiation for global TEM services for internal/trade business creating highly differentiated, well-defined and flexible TEM service offering capturing supplier pricing structures, roles and responsibilities, service level agreements (SLA), and related service penalties
  • Developed statement of work agreements for internal/external clients for TEM services generating multi-millions in savings for EDS clients through new global fixed/mobile TEM service offering

  • Managed $38M multi-year plan investment and development budget; Exceeded revenue target of $5.2M in 2005 with $14M+ in actual sales of managed mobility services
