BMC at Mobily KSA
- Coordinating for ACS phase2 implementation & UAT with Axiros & Mobily.
- Monitoring the ACS and perform periodic health checks to maintain system stability & productivity.
- Generating reports requested by customer.
- Open, Monitor and track tickets, for incoming Incidents and Requests.
- Receiving 24/7 calls from Mobily NOC, Customer Care, etc.) whenever any P1 issue is raised.
- Deal with all customer requests (Firmware batch upgrade, 3Goffloading batch configuration, etc..).
