Youth Supervisor/Case Manager
·Leading the Youth Department to serve our local youths.
·Managing the youth programs to meet State's requirements.
·Solving daily issues and follow-up with customer's complaints.
·Setting up goals and keeping all type of communications available for case managers.
·Keeping records and supplying corporate and state with information when needed.
·Interviewing participants and determine their eligibility.
·Counseling and aid participants to gain employment skills.
·Referring clients to community resources and other organizations.
·Training staffs on new policies or technology.
·Working with Job Developers to place participants into employment.
·Training disabled participants to use different technology to access computer.
