·Grand River Station.Project management, extensive consultant coordination, space use studies, unit layouts, code checking, presentation layouts, public presentation to arts steering committee, and worked with team to complete construction documents for interior build-out of mixed-income, mixed-use development in downtown La Crosse, WI.Designed for artists and the creative class, the project includes a 10,000 square foot regional transit center, retail space, 72 rental apartments, and 20 condominium homes with shared amenities including a business center, artists’ workspaces, art gallery, media center, fitness room, and green roof with “tot lot” and sculpture garden. 2008

·Moline Enterprise Lofts. Design work including entrance lobby, common area and unit layouts, exterior massing and material selection, space use studies, presentation layouts, code checking, and consultant coordination. Worked with team to complete construction documents for new mixed-use development featuring live-work lofts with storefronts and amenities including fitness center, movie theater, community room and a business center.  2008

·C2C Home. International design competition, entry selected for construction in Roanoke, VA. Based on principles of “Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things” by William McDonough & Michael Braungart.Single-family home features natural, recycled and recyclable materials in a design that brings nature to the forefront of residents’ experience.2005

·UW – Madison Porter Boathouse.Worked with architect of record to complete construction documents, coordinate consultants, and perform code checking for $8.56M, 52,000 square foot state-of-the-art crew house for the UW men’s and women’s rowing teams. 2004

·WEA Trust Office Building. Worked with team on all facets of construction documents and built several models including a final presentation basswood and acrylic model.2004
