Global manufacturer and distributor of professional audio equipment, musical instruments, and related products. Annual revenues in excess of $220 million.

Chief legal officer in charge of global legal matters, requiring an understanding of legal principles in civil and common-law jurisdictions for many countries and an ability to comprehend documents in many of the world’s major languages. Engaged in managing intellectual property portfolio and issues of enforcement and litigation. Advised and participated in IPO planning, insuring management was aware of all legal and commercial issues. Develop and direct legal team that includes 5 lawyers and 3 paralegals based in Singapore, China, Germany and US.

  • Rebuilt legal team to restore confidence of senior management.
