Role: © Presently involve in the Operation and Production of Melting shop. © We are making different casting in Gray cast iron. © Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head of automobile engines which are used in different Tata vehicle. © Doing operation on Induction Furnace having capacity of 12 ton and 6 ton. © Also handling Holding furnace having capacity of 40 ton. © We have press pour capacity of 7 ton with steam Inoculation. © Scheduling the preventive maintenance of furnace. © Following ISO and TS standard. © Lining of Induction Furnaces and Holding Furnace, Press Pour. © Lancing of all Holding and Press Pour furnaces mentioned above.

Since: Jaypee Hi-tech casting A unit of Jaiprskash Associates ltd) As Project Engineer Mechanical(foundry operation & production) Role: © Monitored and involve in the Project execution of new Green field captive foundry all the relevant shop as Core shop, Mould shop & Melt shop. © We are going manufacturing) equipment, for own, component like Grinding Media ball used in cement plant and HRCS casting. © Our project part considers the machinery erection and commissioning main machinery are as Follows. © IMF line fully automated No-bake molding Process having mechanical Reclamation. © Disamatic Molding line for Green sand molding. © Heat treatment Furnaces for Annealing and other Stress relieving process. © Different type of Induction furnace having capacity varying from 1 ton, 2 ton, 3ton, 5 ton all are two in number and 1 holding furnace of 20 ton. © I am involved for the execution of this project and above mentioned machinery erection & commissioning. © Billing(MB) of different contractor, involve in fabrication work.
