 Investigating the metabolic changes caused by exercise in healthy and diabetic populations, and understanding the performance variability in athletic populations using different exercise prescription methods in order to understand the responder/non-responder phenomenon more clearly. I was responsible for all aspects of the research process including experimental planning, data collection, trouble-shooting, analysis, handling of confidential data, report writing(collaborator reports, publication & thesis) and public presentations where necessary.
