• Lead a team of 8 people which is in charge of managing manpower/ resource mobilization; staffing, HR Operations and HR Shared services. • Maintained accountability for the entire recruiting process as defined by the internal and external customer. • Primarily interfaced with the hiring managers, human resources team and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. • Consults with hiring manager and follows recruitment processes to achieve SLAs/metrics. • Lead initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies. • Own sourcing strategy and provided appropriate direction for the sourcing team. • Effectively screened and counseled internal applicants and managed the internal applicant process through ICP (Internal Career Progression) and BYB (Bring Your Buddy). • Accountable for meeting all hiring targets. • Continuously closes qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance. • Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coached each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process. • Screened, presented and sold qualified candidates to hiring managers. • Initiate Background Checks for qualified candidate. • Provided HR guidance and leadership in defining, developing and delivering HR workflow processes and programs related to on-boarding, compensation & pay planning, employee engagement & relations, performance management, terminations and off-boarding activities. • Compensation planning and analysis. • Managed all HR pay planning, salary survey and compensation programs. • Networked within the organization for sourcing candidate through buddy program and local communities or social media to generate referrals and source qualified candidates as needed. • Worked with various Industry verticals like: BFS, Insurance, LS & HC, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Media & IS, Retail, Telecom and Government.
